•	Male or Female, with ages 25 to 35 years old.
•	Business Course graduate, with MBA degree or units a plus
•	AO Candidate for Consumer Loans must have extensive experience with the
•	Should have an existing portfolio of 30 to 50 qualified borrowing accounts.
•	With at least 2-3 years experience in generating & evaluating loan accounts gained from a bank/financial institution
•	With good analytical skills & credit judgment

•	Graduate of any Business Administration course with banking experience
•	Knowledge in BSP/SEC regulations & AMLA

•	Must be an Accounting Graduate, CPA mot preferred but an advantage

•	Graduate of any 4-year Business Course; not more than 45 years old

•	Knowledgeable in organizing marketing strategies and action plans a plus factor

•	Accounting graduate
•	With at least 2 years experience as Branch Operations Officer or its equivalent position in the banking industry

•	With relevant experience in bank risk department in any area
