To express gratitude to its valued clients, Philippine Business Bank recently held a Thanksgiving Dinner at Gloria Maris Restaurant, Greenhills. The affair was also in recognition and appreciation for the people who have been supporting and working behind the Bank for the past 13 years. Among the distinguished guests were Governor Amando Tetangco, Dep. Governor Nestor Espenilla Jr. and Monetary Board member Juanita D. Amatong of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

The event's highlight was the formal announcement and presentation of the Bank's Board of Directors, namely: Francis T. Lee, the new Chairman, Peter N. Yap, the incoming Vice Chairman, President and CEO Danilo A. Alcoseba; Directors Amador T. Vallejos, Roberto A. Atendido, Jeffrey S. Yao, Paterno H. Dizon, Leticia Yao and new Director Honorio Reyes-Lao. Mr. Alfredo M. Yao is now PBB's Chairman Emeritus. Part also of the program is the welcome address by Chairman Francis T. Lee and offer of toast by President/CEO Danilo A. Alcoseba.
