PBB OPENS MORE BRANCHES


Philippine Business Bank (PBB), the country’s sixth biggest savings bank, continues to ride a wave of optimism and confidence amidst the present global economic challenges as it targets to open 19 branches this year to beef up its present roster of 36 branches. 

The Bank’s aggressive expansion program this year now covers areas outside Metro manila. PBB is making its presence felt in Cebu as it simultaneously opened two (2) strategically located branches last June 22. Its Cebu City Downtown Branch is located at Units 1-2 Limlianting Bldg., F. Gonzales St. near Juan Luna St., Downtown Cebu City, Cebu while the Mandaue City Branch – Cebu is located at Units 1-2, Wireless Plaza Bldg., H. Cortes Ave., corner Highway Seno, Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu.

On the same day, PBB opened its Malolos Branch, Its fifth in Bulacan. Malolos Branch is located at the Ground Floor of the Carmencita Bldg., Paso del Congreso, Catmon, Malolos City Bulacan. The Branch is in addition to the Existing four other Bulacan branches in Baliuag, Meycauyan, Sta. Maria and Muzon, San Jose del Monte.

Also this year, the Bank will extend its reach in Northern, Central and Southern Luzo, Visayas and Mindanao regions by opeing of its branches in Baguio City, San Fernando – La Union, Tarlac City, Sta. Rosa (Laguna), Batangas City, Batangas, Bacolod City, Iloilo City, Cagayan de Oro City and Davao City.

The Metro Manila branch network expansion includes the opening of branches to be located at Paco (Manila), Ortigas (Pasig), Samson Road (Caloocan City), Mabini C-3 (Caloocan City), Kaybiga (Caloocan City) and Quintin Paredes, Downtown Binondo.

PBB is headed by its Chairman and business tycoon, the Hon. Amb. Alfredo M. Yao of the Zest-O Group of Companies, Vice Cahirman Francis T. Lee and President and Chiesf Executive Officer Danilo A. Alcoseba
